We have worked tirelessly to produce what we think is the best shortbread on the market. It is handmade with no artificial additives, no preservatives and no hydrogenated fat; we do however use fresh free-range eggs and a traditional Fife recipe. This yields a deliciously crunchy, light and delicate shortbread, which is quite different from the other brands.

Available both in the Fife Cut format and the Gift Tube, it is
ideal with a mug of tea or with a scoop of Fife made ice cream.

We have taken our Handmade Classic Shortbread and have added a generous handful of stem ginger for an exotic twist. It has the same delicious, delicate flavour but with an added fiery finish to keep out the winter chill.

We have revived the time honoured tradition of using stone ground oatmeal instead of just flour when hand making our shortbread. The result is very different from the everyday, all flour version you will find in the supermarket. The oatmeal adds a unique fruitiness, crunchiness and a juiciness that you’ll find
truly irresistible.


Our 'Fife Cut' version is designed to wedge into Fife made ice cream at teatime, or coffee time or for that matter any time..... delicious!

We have added a generous amount of premium quality Belgian chocolate chips to our handmade oatmeal shortbread to create, what we think, is the most luxurious of shortbreads. Available in Fife Cut triangles and gift tubes."
